Group Sessions
Group Sessions

Training in groups is a lot of fun and a great way to meet new people.

​

If you have a group of like-minded friends or your local club doesn't have a coach, book yourselves in for a group session at the pool or the track for some essential skills sessions.

​

​

​

You'll get to familiarise yourselves with some well-known drills performed regularly by top athletes, and also learn to help each other with technical observations and feedback.

 

 

1 Hour: £30 per person

(Minimum 3 persons)
