I completed my first triathlon by representing the University of Warwick at the British University Championships in 2006. Since then, I've competed in various national and international events, including the Glasgow 2018 European Championships and 2018 ITU World Championships in Gold Coast, finishing 19th and 23rd respectively.

Over the years of competing, I found a new passion in helping others along the way, working my way up through the coach education pathway at British Triathlon. As an accredited BTF coach, I know my athletes feel assured they're in good hands.
